Wether for a traditional Italian dish, smeared on toast or in my favorite way (duh) as a keto, low-carb friendly way to enjoy all the feels of a yogurt parfait or smoothie bowl in a savory way!

  • Whip together ricotta with garlic, lemon zest, sea salt and crushed red pepper. Smear on the bottom of a pretty low sided bowl..
  • Add fresh basil leaves and top with halved or quartered cherry tomatoes.
  • Lightly season tomatoes with s&p, then drizzle it all with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
